Reggie McGill is a hometown guy. Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, he attended St. Mary's High School
and received his degree at The University of Arizona. While attending The U of A, he followed his passion for education.
He majored in Exercise Sports Science with the vision of teaching Physical Education and coaching. After graduating college, Reggie spent the next three years in the NFL. After not landing on a team full-time, he realized it was time to
figure out his next move: High School P.E. teacher.
Reggie continued his education, receiving his Master's in Secondary Education from NAU. In 1997, Extreme Speed Training was born. Reggie's goal with Extreme Speed Training is to help young athletes become successful in their sport of choice through athletic development. Training young athletes and teaching are Reggie's passion. Since 1997, Reggie has trained over a hundred male and female athletes who earned college athletic scholarships. Reggie believes all student-athletes deserve
personal training, regardless of socioeconomic status.
In 2023, Reggie created the GIFT Foundation to share his knowledge and skills with underprivileged and at-risk youth. The GIFT Foundation is more than training; is developing young athletes' character, knowledge, strength, and ability.
